LAND ACQUISITIONS

✸ We are expanding our portfolio of agricultural & transitional tracks over 50 acres within 50 miles of a growing city.

✸ Commercial land over 5 acres within 10 miles of a city with frontage on a major thoroughfare.

PROPERTY ACQUISITIONS

✸ We acquire Retail and Office buildings over 10,000 SFT with at least 50% occupancy or a value-add opportunity.

✸ We invest in RV Parks, Manufactured home communities over 50 lots that have a management in place for operation.

STARTUP COMPANIES

✸ We invest in early-stage startup companies in Technology, Finance, PropTech, FinTech arena that have successfully raised at least $100,000 and have a minimum viable product (MVP).
